Exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving item. Customer is required to pay shipping charges that occur.
Returns Information
I do not accept returns due to items being made specifically for YOU when you order, thank you for understanding.
Shipping Policy
Shipping is via USPS and rates are according to theirs. Holiday rates go up in october through the holiday season. Once a package is mailed, it is out of hands and I do not do refunds for any postal delay or mishap.
